Job Summary:
As a Presser/Finisher, you will be responsible for pressing and finishing garments to a high standard of quality. You will be trained to work at multiple stations within our facility and play a vital role in the overall production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Press and finish garments including shirts, pants, dresses, and specialty items

• Operate and maintain pressing equipment safely and efficiently

• Process clothing according to company quality standards and customer specifications

• Rotate through multiple workstations as trained

• Inspect garments for quality and accuracy before and after finishing

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow company procedures for garment handling and workflow
  
  Other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform tasks involving twisting and reaching overhead

• Willingness to be trained on various pressing and finishing stations

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable and team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or dry cleaning setting is a plus
